YLA-3 Fully Automatic High-speed Coating and Calendering Machine

The machine combines with the coating machine and the calendering machine as one single machine. With this concept, the productivity of the machine is greatly enhanced, and the machine requires less labors.
The water cleaning system ensures the cleanness of paper surface and enhances the quality of coating.
The special quart tube drying system ensures the products can be dried completely during high-speed operation.
There are three heating systems can be chosen for calendering system; electric heating system, gas heating system, or steam heating system.
In order to have longer service life of the sensor device for detecting the junction of stainless belt, the device is imported and has long-range operation distance.
YLA-1 manual model or YLA-2 semi-automatic model (with automatic feeder) can be another flexible choice.
